Please postpone your appointment by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance if any of the following situations apply to you:

If you are unwell with any potential COVID symptoms

If you have been a close contact with a confirmed case (either RAT or PCR) of COVID 19.

If you have been advised to quarantine or self-isolate.
For our safety:

Spaces have been made between each appointment for the cleaning of all surfaces and to reduce the possibility of crowding in the waiting room.

All surfaces are cleaned with allcare hospital grade detergent and disinfectant.

Hand sanitizer is located at the reception and inside the treatment room.

PPE will be worn appropriate to the patient presentation and in line with the most recent advice from NSW health.

Within the treatment space, air conditioning may be required to maximise the intake of outside air and reduce recirculation.
Your physiotherapy can also be continued via video call. Telehealth uses an online video platform, accessed through your computer, phone or tablet. So wherever you may be, you can always reach us to continue your MOVMT journey.
