📋 Virtual Consultation Preparation – Please Read

Please upload the following at least 48 hours before your appointment using the designated upload link:

1. Gait Video
– Walk barefoot for ~10 meters away from and toward the camera.
– Camera should be at hip height.

2. Full-Body Photos (3 total)
– One from the front, one from the side, and one from the back.
– Taken at hip level.

3. Clothing Requirements
– Wear shorts or tight exercise pants.
– Upper body: vest top, or no top for men.
– Avoid loose or baggy clothing.
