How it Works

Whole-Body Movement Assessment, With a Foot-First Entry Point

Every session includes:

  • A 60-minute assessment of how you move and load your body

  • Gentle foot mobilisation and pressure mapping

  • A look at how your pelvis, ribcage and skull contribute to your foot pressure

  • Guided movement resets to shift long-standing patterns

This isn’t about “fixing” your feet — it’s about reprogramming the way you move so your feet can finally do their job.
